1.2. The owner of the Site and the Operator of personal data is Alexandra Mitina (Self-employed individual, 330709597659).

When placing an order or subscribing via the “GET THE WORKOUTS” button, we receive the following data: surname and first name (for personalized communication in emails and receipts), email address (to send access to the workouts, receipt, and important notifications), and phone number (to contact you in case of payment or access issues, only with your consent).

Important: Payment data (card number, CVV, expiration date) are not transferred to us. They are processed by the payment module “Prodamus,” which acts as an independent controller.

3. Where and How Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on three platforms, each for a specific purpose.

· On Tilda Publishing (site builder): name, email, and phone number are temporarily stored when you submit a form. Tilda’s servers are located in Russia or the European Union under the relevant agreement.
· On the payment module “Prodamus”: name, email, and phone number are stored for order processing and payment. Prodamus servers are located in the Russian Federation under secure connections.

All of the above data is stored until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than 5 years from the date of your last interaction. This is required for tax accounting compliance related to receipts.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

· Sending access to online workouts;
· Issuing electronic receipts (via Prodamus);
· Customer technical support (assistance with access, refunds);
· Informing about new workouts and platform updates — only if you have subscribed to the newsletter;
· Improving site functionality (analytics without linkage to specific individuals).

We do not transfer your data to third parties except those mentioned in Section 3. We do not sell or rent email addresses or phone numbers.

5. Your Rights as a User

You have the right to:

· Request a complete list of your data held by us;

· Delete all your data (except that which we are required to retain by law — e.g., receipts for 5 years);
· Withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
